This role is ideal for a resourceful engineer who enjoys engaging with clients and tackling challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative solutions for challenges that lack standard approaches.
  • Engage with clients throughout the requirements gathering, concept development, cost estimation, and proposal presentation phases.
  • Create a detailed proposal package that meets all client specifications while utilizing the resources of Hitachi Data Systems.
  • Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure technical coherence.
  • Present innovative concepts to clients, emphasizing competitive benefits.
  • Oversee the internal proposal design workflow.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or relevant industry experience.
  • Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering background is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience successfully managing projects, preferably within the automation sector.
  • Experience in quoting, sales, and/or client engagement.

Additional Information:
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and other company facilities up to 20% of the time.
