Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, sales, and operational support to our service centers
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Resolve billing issues and provide feedback to customers
  • Research and resolve shipment tracking requests
  • Communicate with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues
  • Assist with operational procedures, including sorting, loading/unloading, and shipment processing
  • Dispatch pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner
  • May process import/export documentation and assist with customs clearance
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background and security checks
