Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate medical equipment deliveries and services across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Medical Service Technicians (MSTs) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage daily dispatch and scheduling of orders, ensuring accurate data entry and communication with patients and families.
  • Provide estimated times of arrival to patients and families, maintaining excellent customer service standards.

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Maintaining accurate records and data, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address concerns and provide updates.
