We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at InGenesis. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

About the Role

In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks including routine nursing assessments, emergency first aid treatment, and administration of medications. You will also oversee and direct the care provided by resident care aides during your shift.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. A current license as a Practical Nurse in the State of Montana is required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing routine (weekly/monthly) nursing assessments
  • Performing emergency/first aid treatment to injured residents
  • Administering medications and monitoring medication effects
  • Maintaining an accurate count of controlled medications
  • Overseeing and directing care provided by resident care aides during shift
  • Noting subjective resident complaints and objective observations of the resident's condition
  • Providing a complete shift-to-shift report

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
