Job Description: As a Care Provider and Health Specialist, you will be responsible for completing routine nursing assessments to determine the health status of our residents. - Perform nursing assessments to determine the health status of residents

Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. A diploma or associate's degree in nursing, along with a current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse, is required. Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $62,400 - $83,200 per year, depending on experience. As a state employee, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
