Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met
- Provide construction inspection services to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with contract requirements
- Assist project managers with field coordination and management of Field Orders and Change Orders
- Coordinate third-party code inspections and documentation
- Communicate effectively with project teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution
- Perform inspections and schedule inspectors to meet safety and compliance regulations
- Maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions, materials expended, and problems resolved
- Identify and resolve problems and conflicts, organizing meetings and collaborating with team members as needed
- Oversee safety and security at project sites
- Minimum 6 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects
- Ability to develop and communicate project work plans, monitor manpower and performance, and perform detailed comparisons of design drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with clients and construction contractors/subcontractors
- Strong leadership skills and experience with CM software
- Experience in institutional construction preferred
