Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to optimize process performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production engineering or operations supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
