Position Overview:
The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in promoting our home care services and enhancing client engagement.

- Provide comprehensive information to potential clients about our service offerings and guide them to additional resources as necessary.
- Conduct follow-up communications with previous prospects to maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on targeted marketing initiatives, events, and outreach efforts.
- Assist in organizing marketing materials and collateral as required.

- Utilize effective communication skills to regularly reach out to social workers regarding potential clients in need of home care services.
- Keep sales software (CRM) updated with accurate client data and perform ongoing maintenance of the referral source database.

- Implement regular client satisfaction surveys and work on developing a more efficient feedback system for enhancing customer experience.
- Leverage social media platforms to engage with potential business partners, clients, and caregivers.
- Create relevant content for the company website and blog posts.
- Establish referral partnerships within designated regions or categories.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and various social media platforms, with a willingness to learn new software applications.
- Prior knowledge of home care services is preferred.
