Your Responsibilities
- Conduct diverse brand protection assessments at client sites, utilizing a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to meet the unique expectations and program requirements of clients, thereby safeguarding their brand and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Comply with HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while performing operational visits across various sectors, including hospitality, education, healthcare, and senior living facilities by engaging with staff and residents.
- Prepare and present summary reports of assessment findings, highlighting areas for improvement and recommendations to client leadership.
- Collaborate with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to address client challenges.
- Achieve a set number of visits weekly, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Utilize a tablet, Microsoft Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology for efficient planning and execution of essential job functions.
- Support the growth initiatives of both our company and our clients.
Position Details
- Candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Overnight travel may be required, up to 25%.
- Position may necessitate occasional evening, weekend, and overtime work as business needs arise.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- No immigration sponsorship is available.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to be in proximity to, handle, and potentially consume food products that may contain allergens.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Capability to inspect client facilities, which may involve climbing, crawling, and navigating tight spaces.
- Essential duties include bending, squatting, and adjusting movements to assess areas at various heights.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods at client locations.
- Ability to drive or fly to client locations as necessary.
- Drive a company vehicle as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, or business-related field.
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish & French preferred).
- Strong customer service and advanced consultative skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and superior decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
