Scope of Practice
As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients of all ages. You will work independently to assess patients, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Your expertise will be valued in this role, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population.
Work Schedule
This is a PRN shift position, with shifts available Monday through Friday and Saturday. Shift lengths will vary depending on the clinic, but you can expect to work 8-9 hour shifts on weekdays and 4-5 hour shifts on Saturdays. You will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at your own pace.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a TX license, BLS certification, and DEA registration. You will also need to have at least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will be working in a paper charting environment, so you will need to be comfortable with this type of documentation.
