We are looking for a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our HarmonyCares team. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in San Antonio, you will have the opportunity to work in a Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekends. Our patient visits are 30-45 minutes long, allowing for a strong work-life balance and a focus on patient care.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners who want to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. Our clinicians are expected to take the time needed to address patients' needs.

Requirements

  • Licensed NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group is Located
  • Federal DEA License/Eligibility
  • Geriatric Training/Experience Preferred
  • Active CPR/BLS Certification
