  • Partnerships: Partner with internal development teams and external vendors to support delivery of quality compensation technology applications.
  • Documentation: Document and complete key risk processes.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate routines, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder and process owner meetings.
  • Dependency Management: Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Risk Management: Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Status Updates: Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Execution Alignment: Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements and timelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Resource Planning: Support resource planning for delivery/execution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office suite and solid experience in process release management.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work unsupervised and be a self-starter.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including prioritization.
