Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Prepare radioactive isotopes for administration to patients in accordance with physicians' orders.
  • Position patients and adjust immobilization devices to ensure accurate and safe imaging.
  • Compassionately explain procedures to patients and address their concerns.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate utilizing computerized documentation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program.
  • AART (NM) and/or CNMT Certification.
  • Current American Heart Association Certification in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
