Requirements:
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries
- Self-starter mentality
Responsibilities:
As a Teleservice Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers and assisting with any questions or concerns related to their various products, policy benefits, claim payments, and policy changes.
You will also be responsible for transferring calls to the appropriate department as needed, updating customer addresses, and applying payments to their accounts.
Training:
- The first 4-8 weeks of training will be in a classroom setting, where you will learn about the company's various products, collaborate with trainers and other class members, and participate in live phone training with customers.
- The first product you will learn is life insurance, followed by dental and hospital indemnity products, and finally Medicare supplement training.
