Key Responsibilities
As the Director, you will be responsible for:
1. **Driving Risk Initiatives**: Lead and manage risk initiatives across the Investment Intelligence portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
2. **Conducting Risk Assessments**: Oversee comprehensive Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Top Risk Assessments, and New Product Assessments, ensuring thorough evaluation and management of risks.
3. **Incident Reporting Oversight**: Effectively manage the incident reporting program, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of risk incidents.
4. **Business Unit Reporting**: Develop and support management reporting for business units, providing insights into risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
5. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology management, serving as a trusted advisor on risk management matters.
6. **Objective Assurance**: Provide objective assurance to management regarding significant risks and develop effective risk response strategies.
7. **Training and Culture Promotion**: Execute risk management training programs and promote a proactive risk culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in implementing integrated risk management frameworks in complex organizations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate discussions effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present information visually.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate across various business units.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
