About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse to join our team As a Home Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our caregivers in providing top-notch service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Nurse Training and Support">

Lead skills training sessions for new caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide excellent care to our clients.

">Care Planning and Coordination">

Evaluate client needs, prepare personalized care plans, and ensure assigned caregivers provide tailored care and support.

">Clinical Oversight and Quality Assurance">

Conduct regular home visits to assess client progress, update care plans as needed, and identify areas for improvement.

">Staff Supervision and Development">

Supervise caregivers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience">

A minimum of an ADN or BSN degree and current RN licensure required.

">Professional Certifications">

CPR certification and TB test required.

">Soft Skills">

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
