Senior Occupational Medicine Physician Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Medicine Physician Leader to join our team at Premise Health. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional to make a meaningful impact in the field of occupational health.
About the Role:
- Provide direct medical care to client company employees, including episodic, preventive, and acute healthcare services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Conduct histories and physical examinations, prescribe medications, and provide medical guidance as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care and monitor progress of patients.
- Identify emergency situations and provide care within legal scope of practice and Premise Health privileging process.
- Maintain medical records and participate in the development of annual clinic goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- At least three years of post-residency clinical experience in an occupational healthcare, primary care, urgent care, or emergency room setting.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state where the site is located.
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine by the AOA or ABMS.
- Current state and federal DEA certification.
- Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for healthcare providers.
- Medical Review Officer (MRO) Certification may be required for some positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This role offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
- Generous paid time off and holidays.
