Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Providence, RI. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills as a therapist.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
  • Provide counseling services to children and adolescents, including play therapy and other evidence-based interventions
  • Work collaboratively with other therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality care for clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in the field
Requirements:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Rhode Island
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a private practice setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
