About the Job

The Project Coordinator will provide full-time federal program support remotely to the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations.

This position requires a strong background in contract management, timekeeping, and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the program in managing contracts, task orders, purchase orders, timekeeping, and progress reports.
  • Maintain an incoming job requisitions database and manage bid responses.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • US Citizenship is required to obtain client-issued Public Trust.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting senior-level government officials.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of fundamental business writing.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
