About the Role

As a Client Service Specialist at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, you will be the face of our busiest locations, providing a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will serve as a liaison between guests and the rest of the Hair Color Bar team, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills to provide a guest experience aligned with our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
  • Be an expert on front-end operations, including buy online and pick up in store, point of sale system, checking in and out guests, and answering phones.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by determining each guest's needs and educating them on Madison Reed products and services.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
  • Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
  • Adhere to protocols regarding Madison Reed systems, policies, processes, and drive Hair Color Bar revenue through increasing the average service ticket.
Requirements
  • Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales environment; salon or beauty industry experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
  • Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
