Key Responsibilities

As a Speech Therapist at The Rehab Center at Bristol, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients based on physician referrals/orders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with functional, goal-based outcomes
  • Treat patients according to established treatment plans
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure progress towards goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Additionally, you will participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, attend training and education sessions, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in the state where services are provided
  • Proof of COVID vaccination is required to be eligible for this position
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults with varying degrees of cognitive and physical abilities

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
