We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Generalist to contribute to our laboratory team.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking. Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results. Maintain laboratory equipment and perform quality control checks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field (MT) or Associate's degree (MLT). ASCP or equivalent certification preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience. Benefits package includes health insurance and retirement plans.
Schedule:
First shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Working every other weekend; off every Wednesday. Availability to cover PTO and sick time for 2nd shift. Potentially covering 2nd shift on holidays, except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
