Client Care Specialist

Hilb Group is a leading provider of insurance and benefits solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients, and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data analysis, client communication, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including demographic information and benefits details.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including benefits administration and client communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- High school diploma required; some college level coursework preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain active Life/Accident and Health Insurance Agent License.
- One to three years of experience in a related field, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Agency Management Systems and HRIS/Benadmin systems.
