Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections of vacant apartments to assess cleaning, maintenance, and repair needs.
* Coordinate and perform all necessary turnover tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, minor repairs, and appliance maintenance.
* Ensure that all appliances, fixtures, and utilities are in working order and meet safety standards before new tenant move-ins.
* Manage inventory of turnover supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
* Communicate effectively with property management team members to prioritize turnover tasks and meet deadlines for new tenant move-ins.
* Document and report any maintenance issues or repairs beyond scope to the maintenance team for resolution.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of turnover areas and storage spaces.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
* Previous experience in apartment turnover, property maintenance, or related field preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Basic knowledge of common maintenance tasks, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team when needed.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
