About the Role

We are a rapidly growing property management company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Apartment Turnover Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining tenant satisfaction and enhancing our property management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Thorough Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vacant apartments to assess cleaning, maintenance, and repair needs.
  • Coordinate Turnover Tasks: Coordinate and perform all necessary turnover tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, minor repairs, and appliance maintenance.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that all appliances, fixtures, and utilities are in working order and meet safety standards before new tenant move-ins.
  • Manage Inventory: Manage inventory of turnover supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with property management team members to prioritize turnover tasks and meet deadlines for new tenant move-ins.
  • Document Maintenance Issues: Document and report any maintenance issues or repairs beyond scope to the maintenance team for resolution.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of turnover areas and storage spaces.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in apartment turnover, property maintenance, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic knowledge of common maintenance tasks, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team when needed. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
  • Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
