Manufacturing Technician II

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. You will be responsible for completing all processes in production while strictly following cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and systems, including Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out of-Place (COP) systems, filtration systems, and general production equipment. You will also be responsible for monitoring and recording important process parameters, completing all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare buffer solutions and operate CIP/COP systems
- Assemble and operate filtration systems and general production equipment
- Monitor and record important process parameters and complete all relevant paperwork
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
- Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of experience or associates' degree or higher and 1+ year of related work experience
- Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and basic laboratory and pharmaceutical production equipment
- Proficiency in multiple mathematical disciplines and ability to work with both metric and USA standards of measurement
- Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
