Unit Overview

The Regional Admissions unit is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. As a Registered Nurse on this unit, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor and manage patient medications, including titratable drips
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
  • Experience in a similar unit with high acuity level
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
