Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clinicians in providing high-quality dental treatment
  • Prepare patients for oral examinations and support various dental procedures
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience by addressing individual needs and maintaining a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment
  • Conduct radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians, and prepare tray setups for procedures
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with front and back office teams to ensure smooth patient care

Reliable transportation is necessary for timely travel between multiple offices as required. If assigned to specialty areas (Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics, or Pediatric Dentistry), you will support clinicians in these specialized fields and may require additional training.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, with state-mandated certification or licensure
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance (for Specialty Dental Assistants), or reliable alternate
Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on patient confidentiality and data accuracy
  • Self-motivated and reliable, capable of working independently and as part of a team
