Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled General Dentist to support our evidence-based treatment philosophy, mission, vision, and core values by performing the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Willamette Dental's evidence-based treatment philosophy, mission, vision, and core values.
  • Perform the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state.
  • Fulfill all requirements to ensure proper electronic documentation for all care provided to patients.
  • Diagnose and treat oral cavity anomalies.
  • Provide customer and optimal patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
  • Valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing.
  • Evidence-based dental practices knowledge.
  • AxiUm electronic records proficiency.
  • CAMBRA and PEMBRA knowledge with an emphasis on prevention.
  • Risk phases and risk assessment understanding.
  • Diagnostic terms knowledge.
  • Principles and processes for providing customer and optimal patient experience.

Physical Requirements:

The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping, and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies.

The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks.
