You will work side-by-side with wholesale distribution experts, gaining the knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to become a leader in our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  2. Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain a deep understanding of the wholesale distribution industry.
  3. Acquire practical experience in sales, business development, customer service, and operations through hands-on training and projects.
  4. Contribute to business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the market.
  5. Effectively promote and advocate for American Metals Supply's products and services.
  6. Develop leadership and management skills to prepare for future roles within the organization.


Requirements:


  2. Reside near St. Louis or Fenton, Missouri; Springfield, IL; or Indianapolis, IN, or be willing to relocate to one of these locations for the duration of the training program.
  3. Willingness to relocate to other operating locations as required.
  4. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. Applicants with degrees in progress will also be considered.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
  6. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, sometimes in environments exposed to natural elements.
