Job Opportunity: Commercial Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team at gpac. As a seasoned professional with a background in diverse commercial, K-12, industrial, and healthcare projects, you will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to inform estimating decisions
  • Utilize estimating software such as MS Office Suite, Sage, and Bluebeam to create detailed estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Proficient in estimating software and complex building systems
  • Strong communication, analytical, and mathematical skills
