The Lead AV Installation Technician must possess a minimum of five years of full-time experience integrating audio/visual systems in residential environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent quality of installation and customer experience while meeting industry standards and completing assigned projects on time and under budget.
  • Directly communicating with the project manager to ensure timeline and expectations are met.
  • Organizing supplies, product, and transportation of high-value equipment to job sites.
  • Managing van stock and tools, as well as van maintenance and appearance.
  • Setting up, configuring, programming networks, control systems, cameras, and NVRs.
  • Providing daily updates to project documentation and work orders in job management software.
  • Making decisions and being held accountable for Time and Materials.
  • Participating in on-call rotation and local travel to job sites.
  • Providing training or communication to disseminate pertinent information as required.
  • Fiscal responsibility for all assets assigned and property within the Technician's care.
  • Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security.
