We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Studio Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and energy
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers and provide studio tours
- Work at the front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
- Assist trainers with guiding new members through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships and promote our services to help drive studio growth
- Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly energetic and motivated, and have a passion for fitness and customer service. If you are a team player who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
