Position: Logistics Operations Supervisor

Location: San Jose, CA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute streamlined warehouse processes and inventory management systems
  • Oversee shipping operations to ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Evaluate warehouse efficiency and implement strategies for productivity improvement
  • Maintain inventory precision and conduct regular cycle counts
  • Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse personnel
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows
  • Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies related to inventory and shipments

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
  • In-depth understanding of best practices in warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • Ability to communicate effectively and mentor team members
  • Experience in lean manufacturing methodologies is advantageous

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management roles
  • Background in electro-mechanical manufacturing is preferred
