We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Child Care Aide. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our children. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, implementing engaging programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our families.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with setup and cleanup of the program area, preparing snacks, and implementing activities.
- Organize and maintain equipment, games, and toys, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Provide hands-on supervision, engaging with children through play, games, and activities.
- Lead small and large group activities, including crafts, nature exploration, songs, and games.
- Develop positive relationships with children, encouraging their interests and passions.
- Assist with drop-off and pick-up, providing important information to parents and communicating with them about their child's experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with children.
