They will demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members. The ideal candidate will also participate in the execution and development of marketing efforts, assist with special events, and act as a lead salesperson when the Leasing Manager is offsite.

Key qualifications include an Associate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, and/or one or more years of progressive experience in student housing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required. Experience with Entrata software is preferred.
