Customer Support Specialist

The Field Service Representative role is designed to undertake customer support tasks, completing on-site installations, repairs, and ensuring proper task management.
This position involves building effective relationships with customers, providing day-to-day technical support using technology communication tools and onsite assistance. Responding to consumer inquiries in an effective and timely manner is also essential.
We are seeking a skilled individual who can administer corrective action programs, concessions, and warranty claims processes for local customers. Additionally, supporting HVAC Commercial Refrigeration products and possessing detailed knowledge of HVAC products with an emphasis on application principles, installation practices, maintenance diagnostic, and service techniques are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or on-site visits.
- Conduct training sessions for service and installation technicians.
- Analyze customer complaints and provide written correspondence addressing their concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service performed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10 years of relevant work experience.
- NATE certification in heat pump, gas, and air distribution specialties.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
Estimated Salary: $62,500 - $87,500 per year
