Customer Service Specialist Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Hobby Lobby. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and contributing to sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support sales efforts by maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
