Parts Counter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Parts Counterperson to join our dynamic team at Wolter, Inc. in De Pere. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to parts inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Fill customer and internal requests for parts, checking all available resources to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
- Place requisitions for parts via computer as needed, ensuring seamless order processing.
- Assist technicians with parts needs, including determining required parts and providing support with order preparation.
- Pull parts from stock to fill orders, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare parts quotes for outside customers, following up to secure orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complete parts quotes for service jobs, forwarding to the service department for prompt processing.
- Assist walk-in customers with their parts needs, providing personalized support and ensuring a positive experience.
- Participate in the annual parts physical inventory, ensuring accurate counting and recording of inventory levels.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Regional Parts Manager, contributing to the success of our team.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Strong computer proficiency, with experience using computer systems to manage inventory and process orders.
- Commitment to the company vision and mission, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
