Job Summary:

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiting and Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our HR department, you will oversee the coordination and administration of the H-2B program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Self-starter who can work independently and effectively schedule travel to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
  • Perform a variety of H-2B tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of recruiting, visa processing, and related activities.
  • Develop strong customer service-oriented relationships with project personnel, train leadership and technicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated experience in human resources, recruitment, and compliance, with a focus on global talent acquisition.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
