Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our team at Engage Search, LLC in Nashville. The successful candidate will support the Corporate Tax Department through research and preparation of federal, state and local, or international income tax provision and returns.

About the Role

The Tax Analyst will be responsible for compiling, reviewing and analyzing data in preparation of federal, state or international tax returns. This includes preparing monthly and quarterly estimated tax payments for complex international and domestic entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and related documents in a timely manner.
  • Assist with tax audits and provide documentation as required.
  • Research and interpret tax laws and regulations for planning and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • CPA desirable.
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate income tax.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in tax preparation software.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
