We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at BrightView Companies, LLC. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content using effective instructional design principles.
  • Curriculum Management: Manage the curriculum development life-cycle from identification of requirements, design and development, to implementation and evaluation.
  • Learning Solutions: Design learning solutions and develop curriculum for classroom, E-learning, and virtual instructor-led training.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the project team and subject matter experts (SMEs) on solution development.
  • Evaluation: Develop appropriate evaluation techniques to measure impact and success.
  • Implementation: Develop implementation plans to support the deployment of learning solutions.
  • Program Management: Provide oversight and ongoing program management of identified training programs.
  • Content Management: Manage and maintain content and programs within a learning management system and vendor learning portals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Instructional Design or Training Development.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working in learning and development designing learning solutions.
  • Skills: Knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation, and learner-centered activities. Experience developing blended learning solutions for different learning modalities.
  • Soft Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to partner with SMEs, and deliver solutions to all levels of the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
