Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience in our venue.
  • Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or nightclub.
  • Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments.
  • Formal bartending training preferred.
  • Ability to meet state legal age requirements.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including barware, boxes, bottles, and other equipment.
  • Ability to move about the bar, lounge, and kitchen efficiently and safely.
  • Ability to handle food, objects, products, and utensils effectively and safely.
  • Ability to bend, stand, stoop, and kneel as needed.
