Production Assembler Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Assembler to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 5 months.

Job Overview

In this role, you will assemble aircraft parts, inspect components, and ensure quality standards are met. You will work in a machine shop environment, sub-assembly, and be responsible for following work instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble aircraft parts, including drilling, bucking, and shooting rivets.
  • Inspect components for quality and accuracy.
  • Use common hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret simple drawings and sketches.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Military or aerospace industry experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic inspection gauges and hand tools proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
