About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Spirit AeroSystems. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacture of completed units by coordinating activities such as assembly of components into sub-assemblies; mating or joining of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic); installation of systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic) that are fastened with screws, bolts, rivets, solder, crimping or swaging, connectors, or adhesives; and testing with mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a statement of work on time and within budget
- Coordinate with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and customer acceptance
- Ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED
