As a Service Technician II at Ring Power Corporation, you will be responsible for maintaining a minimum set of tools required for job performance and working in a neat, orderly, and safe manner while caring for and maintaining company machines/equipment.
Key Tasks- Maintain and repair machinery/equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Utilize dealer computer systems for work orders and documentation
- Repair or replace defective parts on machinery/equipment
- Inspect components to ensure maximum parts are being reused to control repair costs
- Test, diagnose, and adjust failures of equipment
- Create repair estimates and submit information to substantiate quotes and estimates
- Prepare all parts requisitions, time cards, or service reports, as requested by the supervisor
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-4 years of experience in a related field. You must also be able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Preferred Qualifications- High school education including a specialized technical course or equivalent years experience as a Technician
- Valid Class E Driver's License
This role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment with regular exposure to stress, workload fluctuations, and occasional requirements to work outside of regular business hours. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
