  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor design and construction progress, recommend progress payments, attend construction management meetings, and review reports.
  • Assist with claims, dispute resolutions, and litigation.
  • Participate in job-site meetings, monthly construction progress meetings, and technical meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems for correspondence, submittals, shop drawings, reports, payments, contract changes, etc.
  • Keep accurate records of project progress during all stages of construction.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on construction status, including updated logs and schedules.
  • Review construction Contractor's schedule and analyze delays and impacts.
  • Monitor Contractor Performance through on-site inspections and punch lists.
  • Support Contract Modifications by providing documentation and cost estimates.
  • Review claims from the construction contractor and render assistance as needed.
  • Ensure the construction contractor maintains current, handmarked as-built drawings and updates them as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years' construction project management/quality assurance experience on large scale projects.
  • 5+ years' experience in hospital-related construction, hospital construction compliance, specifically in ICRA mitigation for Military Hospitals.
  • Must have attended a Quality Control Management Course within the last five (5) years.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical design criteria, UFC's, federal building code requirements, and related regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service mindset, and delivery to team members and clients.
  • Working proficiency in MS Office Suite.
