Key Responsibilities:- Thoroughly understand all operational policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
- Ensure guests receive warm, responsive, and courteous service consistently.
- Guarantee that food and products are prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.
- Meet company objectives in sales, service quality, facility appearance, and sanitation through effective employee training and fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage cash and receipts by following cash handling and reconciliation procedures as per company policies.
- Assist in various roles as needed to maintain guest service standards and operational efficiency.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules, in an organized and timely manner.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent working condition through regular inspections and adherence to preventative maintenance programs.
- Verify that all products are received in the correct quantities and conditions, following receiving policies.
- Administer company policies fairly and consistently, addressing any violations promptly.
- Comply with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations affecting the restaurant, employees, and guests.
- Participate in marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for the restaurant.
- Strong basic math skills and proficiency in operating a POS system.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Liquor's Permit.
