  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to implement change within the department, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience leading and supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.
