  • Manage employee hours, including hours worked, PTO, and other benefits, using Ceridian Payroll System.
  • Complete various reports, as required, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to implement change within the department, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Able to motivate department employees to meet and exceed demands, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to close and complete projects in a timely manner, with a focus on quality and results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience leading and supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.
