Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the findings of the FBA, using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical supervision to our staff, including direct care workers and behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and programs.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and adapt programming as needed.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, and other community officials to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • BACB Certification in good standing.
  • Behavior Specialist License is required.
  • Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $51-$60 per hour.
  • 72% coverage of monthly health premium, 60% coverage of monthly dental and vision premium.
  • Up to 2 weeks paid time off at your main billable rate.
